Salmon with Leeks and White Wine

Protein: Salmon
Thank you Yasmeen, for this delicious and easy recipe!


Combine:
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup white wine

Lay salmon filets on aluminum foil turned up at the edges to create a sort of bowl
Pour liquid over the salmon
Wrap salmon tightly in the foil
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
